PROPRIOCEPTION  ...     [According to the Cleveland Clinic, where I   was born so the definition must be correct].

Proprioception is one of our many senses. It is your body's ability to sense it's own position and movement in space,    AND when skating where our body's are over the blade, WOW!

Just by doing our sport we are using and improving proprioception    every session,DOUBLE WOW!    I guess we take that sense for granted, except we have "equipment", around in the rink to remind us how we are moving in the  "ICE SPACE".
